NeD was erased from the system, but not from the city. The GCC controls everything. The media. The streets. The truth itself. Every camera watches. Every screen obeys. Every citizen is expected to fall in line. When one man refuses to look away, everything he thought he knew begins to fall apart. Driven by questions the system refuses to answer, NeD loses far more than his freedom. Forced into the shadows, he begins leaving messages where the cameras can not stop them. At first they are dismissed as graffiti. Then people start reading them. Sharing them. Believing them. A whisper becomes a warning. A warning becomes a movement. To some, NeD is a criminal. To others, he is nothing more than an urban myth. But to the GCC, he is something far more dangerous. Hope. As the city tightens its grip and the hunt for NeD intensifies, ordinary people are forced to make an impossible choice: stay silent, or risk everything for the truth.
